The South Carolina Supreme Court has issued new subpoena forms approved for use in Circuit and Family Courts in South Carolina. The revisions relate to witness fee and mileage language in the proof of service section of the forms. These new forms supersede and replace the prior subpoena forms dated 11/2013.
